Job summary

Mauzy in San Diego, CA is seeking an HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead our retail lead generation program, recruit and coach Brand Ambassadors, and ensure locations are staffed during peak hours.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience, monitor performance, and drive improvements while maintaining partner relationships and inventory of materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of HVAC experience including installation, diagnostics and repair of air conditioning and heating systems.
• At least three years in HVAC service technician or installation with ability to train others.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and move heavy objects regularly.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mauzy's retail lead generation program across partner retail locations.

What Will You Do:

• Manage Mauzy's retail lead generation program across partner retail locations.

What Will You Bring:

• At least five (5) years of HVAC experience with installation, diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service including air conditioning & heating systems.
• At least three years (3) HVAC Service Technician & or HVAC Installation experience with an ability to train others.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
• Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week.
• Must pass a drug screen and background

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Weekends are required

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this opportunity ranges from$45-$50an hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
