Job summary

Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions for their homes. You will run company-provided residential HVAC sales leads, assess needs, present estimates, and close sales.

You should be comfortable discussing financing options, building trust with customers, and collaborating with installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff.

Qualifications

• HVAC or home services industry experience required.
• Residential in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and replacement options.
• ServiceTitan experience required.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue goals.
• Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple options.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with excellent follow-up.
• Valid driver's license.

• Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and close-rate goals.
