CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment for our commercial client base. You will work with motors, pumps, air handling units, and environmental controls while adhering to safety and code standards.
The role requires reading blueprints, using CMMS documentation, and coordinating with subcontractors on-site. A driver’s license and EPA 608 certification are required, with HVAC certification preferred.
