Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.00/hr

About the Role

We are hiring HVAC Retail Mechanics Assistants to install systems for our Replacement Departments. We offer Year Round Work, Ongoing/Onsite Training & Career Advancement Opportunities. Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems and ducting, including new installations and replacements.
• Work alongside construction crews and adhere to schedules.
• Ensure timely, quality, and correct installation.
• Assist with setting ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment.
• Communicate clearly and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be able to work overtime.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of HVAC experience preferred, but training is available.

• Knowledge of materials and operation of HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work on construction sites and in office settings.
