Job Title: HVAC Retail Mechanics Assistant

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in HVAC or a similar role (training available for those with less experience).

Job Description:

We are hiring HVAC Retail Mechanics Assistants to install systems for our Replacement Departments. The role involves assisting with the installation of HVAC systems, working alongside construction crews, and ensuring timely, quality work. You will need to have your own tools and repair procedures as needed. Limited supervision will be provided, and you will act as an ambassador for the CCA brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems and ducting, including new installations and replacements.
• Collaborate with construction crews and adhere to schedules.
• Help ensure installations are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Assist in setting ventilation, air conditioning, and environmental control equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as needed.
