Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in the United States is seeking a results-driven Retail Program Manager to oversee our retail lead generation program inside national home improvement stores.

You will lead a team responsible for promoting HVAC services, heating and air conditioning consultations, and indoor air quality solutions.

The role requires coaching, scheduling, in-store promotions, and building strong partnerships with store managers and home services teams, with 60–65% field time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience managing retail or field sales teams preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team in HVAC lead generation.
• Manage daily/weekly performance, schedules and activities.
• Coach, train, and support retail associates.
• Develop and implement in-store sales strategies to increase performance.
• Track KPIs and report performance of the retail program.
• Organize store events, promotions, and contests to drive leads.
• Build strong partnerships with store managers and home services teams.
