Job summary

Guardian Protection Products in Florida seeks a Construction Manager-HVAC to oversee all projects, collaborate with superintendents and technicians, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. You will select and manage all subcontractors and lead proposals, specifications, and schedules.

This role requires HVAC/Mechanical contracting experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields, and the ability to obtain a mechanical contracting license.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Mechanical contracting experience mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• Licensing: mechanical contracting license or ability to obtain it is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, specs, estimates and schedules.
• Direct Project Managers, technicians and superintendents.
• Sign off on project billings.
• Manage subcontractors and cost/budget variance.
• Use eBuilder for project documentation.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, and clients.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
