Zusammenfassung

Tremco is seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead the technical and commercial development of PACS projects before proposals. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and estimating to ensure feasibility, budget accuracy, and alignment with restoration standards.

You will serve as internal gatekeeper for scope, budget and risk, developing conceptual budgets and ROM estimates while ensuring constructability and proper exclusions; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Programming experience (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.

• Opportunity Evaluation & Qualification
• Develop clear, defensible AHU restoration scopes including coil replacement and fan array retrofits
• Preconstruction Budgeting: Prepare conceptual budgets and ROM estimates
• Bridge sales and estimating with complete scopes and assumptions
• Proposal Risk Management: Review scope accuracy, budgets and exclusions
• Programmatic Account Support for Healthcare, Universities, labs and research facilities
