Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper use and maintenance.

The role requires EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of two years of service/repair experience. You will perform repairs across a variety of equipment, manage on-site tools and parts, and support emergency responses and new equipment rollouts.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Repair all restaurant and building equipment to company standards in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Maintain, inventory, charge and bill items used for repairs.
• Secure and manage tools, equipment, supplies on-site.
• Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training needs.
• Log calls, time, and repair details using laptop or handheld devices.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicle to ensure readiness 24/7.
• Collaborate with Senior Service Tech and management as needed.
• Uphold Boddie-Noell Values and professional conduct.
