Midwest Comfort Heating & Cooling is a locally owned HVAC company serving the Des Moines Metro since 2007. We hire Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are respected, supported, and well paid for their expertise, with direct access to ownership and leadership.
We offer a stable schedule, strong service demand, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Our team focuses on honest service, quality workmanship, and career growth without corporate sales pressure.
How about a change of pace? Technicians currently working for large corporate HVAC companies are encouraged to apply. No sales quotas.
