Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Urbandale, IA to diagnose, repair, and maintain home comfort systems. You will meet customers in their homes, explain options, and deliver high-quality service with a customer-first focus.

This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet customers in their homes, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform maintenance, and clearly explain recommended solutions. Job Requirements

Pay & Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly base pay, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay Range: $25.00 – $42.00 per hour

Additional benefits and programs may be available based on role and tenure. Employer-supported retirement and health benefit options available after eligibility period.

In addition to hourly pay, technicians are eligible for performance-based incentives, including:
