Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing residential HVAC equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to organize and complete multiple service calls each day.
• Honest, professional communication with customers and coworkers.
• Comfortable discussing repair options and system improvements.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification; NATE certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
• Manage assigned service calls and communicate arrival times effectively.
• Help homeowners understand system conditions and available solutions.
• Provide repair and replacement recommendations when appropriate.

Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00/hour, based on experience
