Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred).
• Ability to independently diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycle, airflow and controls.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems and air handlers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues.
• Read wiring diagrams and technical schematics.
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations and repair recommendations.
• Complete accurate service documentation and job notes.
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and work areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, install teams, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
