Job summary

MB HAYNES Corporation in Asheville, NC is seeking a Residential Preventative Maintenance Technician to maintain and service residential HVAC equipment. The role requires 5 years of HVAC preventative maintenance experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following written and verbal directions.

Ideal candidates will possess a valid driver’s license, good attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC Preventative Maintenance experience.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school degree a plus but not required.
• Positive and cooperative attitude with excellent attendance.
• Must be able to properly use safety equipment and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform system improvements, modifications and other repairs as needed.
• Follow written and verbal directions; work as a team and independently.

Position Summary

The HVAC Residential Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of residential HVAC equipment Must be driven to succeed able to follow both written and verbal directions work as a team and independently Direct duties perform scheduled maintenance perform system improvements modifications and other repairs as needed

Requirements
