Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification is required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers (a plus), and ductwork
• Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards
• Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Take ownership of workmanship and quality

Position Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing install team. You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality residential HVAC systems while representing the Major brand with professionalism and pride.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  • Furnaces
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Boilers (a plus)
  • Ductwork and related components
• Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards
• Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
• Take ownership of workmanship and quality

What We’re Looking For
