Major Heating & Air Conditioning in Denver Metro is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing install team. You’ll install high-quality residential systems and represent the Major brand with professionalism and pride.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a crew.
• Pride in your work and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers (a plus).
• Install ductwork and related components.
• Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards.
• Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
• Take ownership of workmanship and quality.
