Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our Lansing, Michigan team. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, ensuring safe, efficient workmanship and courteous service for homeowners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, can read schematics, and complies with codes. You will work independently and with a team, performing site preparation, maintenance, and on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and/or ductless systems.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with applicable HVAC codes, regulations, and installation standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certifications preferred.

• Ability to safely work on ladders up to 30 feet.
• Ability to comply with jobsite safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
