Associated Builders and Contractors of Connecticut is seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Manager in Thomaston, CT to oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and provide strong leadership to the installation crew.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams, develop detailed installation plans, monitor budgets and timelines, train technicians, resolve issues, and maintain thorough records while upholding industry
