Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 annual, with an opportunity for commission. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available based on experience and interview performance, and benefits are provided after 31 days of employment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
