Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring skilled HVAC technicians to troubleshoot, service and repair residential systems with comprehensive training and strong leadership support. The role offers a competitive pay range, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and full-time year-round employment in Sterling, VA area.

Candidates should have 2 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification (or ability to obtain), a valid driver’s license, and pass a background/drug screening.
