Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring experienced HVAC technicians in Woodbridge, VA for full-time, year-round work. Pay ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, plus commission opportunity, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience and interview.

You’ll troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with strong training and solid leadership support. Benefits include insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, 13 days PTO plus 8

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.
