Job summary

DSG is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the Minnesota region (Plymouth, MN). This full-time, salaried exempt role focuses on growing sales for HVAC unitary, ductless, and parts and supplies through Inside and Outside sales during standard business hours.

A successful candidate will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with sales teams to drive gross margin and territory growth, while leveraging DSG’s ESOP-driven culture and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher not required; associates/technical background acceptable for HVAC sales.
• HVAC product knowledge and field experience are preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry items as part of client support and product demos.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales to identify opportunities and drive territory growth.
• Seek and develop new customer opportunities and accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and regular account calls.
• Provide customer service and address questions/concerns including complaints.
• Promote and demonstrate new products and marketing programs.
• Develop and deliver sales training for internal teams and customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross margin goals.
• Monitor inventory and communicate changes in product demand.
