Kroger is hiring an FAC ENG/REFRIGERATION HVAC TECH 2-COLUMBIA/JEFF CITY for on-site work at 2700 E 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS. The role involves refrigeration and HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive independently to stores on a daily basis as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and procedures to buildings and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment.
• Perform compressor, large motor and component replacement.
• Maintain inventory of parts.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely.
• Complete repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation.
• Assist other skilled trade technicians as requested.
