Off the Hook Heating in Becker, MN is hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Tech to install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across residential and commercial settings. You’ll work directly with the owner, handle boilers and ammonia refrigeration where needed, and read blueprints.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Refrigeration training program, apprenticeship, or solid hands-on experience
• Experience with boilers and refrigeration (especially ammonia) is a big plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Can read blueprints and follow code
• NATE certification helps but isn't required

We're hiring an HVAC/Refrigeration Tech to join us in the Becker, MN area (55308). Pay is $28-$32/hr depending on experience, with a signing bonus, quarterly bonuses, commission, and overtime on top. We're a growing shop, so we'll be straight with you up front: some days move fast and the schedule can shift. If you can roll with that and you're looking for a place where the boss actually has your back (because he's right there with you), this is worth a real look.

We work on residential, commercial, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems. That means real variety. You're not stuck on the same call type for 40 hours a week.
