Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a Commercial/Industrial Field Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to service commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment across South Carolina sites. You’ll diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and keep systems running with minimal supervision.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–4pm with overtime opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), paid time off, and a company vehicle with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with commercial refrigeration
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently in the field
• EPA Universal Certification
• Rack experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• A solid work ethic and reliability — this team depends on each other

Commercial/Industrial Field Ammonia Refrigeration Technician

Location: Travel will be in the SC territory, not nationwide or multi-state! Opportunity to earn $3,000–$5,000+ per week depending on experience and hours worked (up to ~$180k+/year!!)

We’re adding to our team due to growth and looking for Refrigeration Technicians who want consistent work, solid pay, and a place where they can actually build a long-term career. This role is field-based, working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple sites. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s the point.

What the job looks like: You’ll be out in the field handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. Some days are quick fixes, others require deeper troubleshooting — either way, you’re the one diagnosing the issue and getting systems back up and running.

• Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases
• Ice machines and similar equipment
• Refrigeration systems with integrated controls
• Larger or more complex systems as your experience grows

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, full-time 7am to 4pm. Some overtime or off‑hours work may come up depending on workload, but nothing out of the ordinary for the trade.

What you bring:

• Strong hourly compensation: $35–$60/hour based on experience + up to 20+ hrs of OT per week --- Total comp ~$125k to $180k+/yr!!!!

• Daily overtime after 8 hours worked — any hours beyond 8 in a day are paid at the overtime rate
• With OT can make up to $150k+ per year!!
