Job summary

TRG Maintenance LLC is seeking skilled HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to join our field operations team in Westerville, OH. You will install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment across client sites, delivering excellent customer service and communication.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on HVAC/refrigeration experience, a valid EPA certification, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC or refrigeration service experience (commercial focus preferred).
• Valid EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate with clients and team members.
• Operate company vehicle to travel between service locations.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the field operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC or refrigeration service (commercial focus preferred).
• Valid EPA Certification required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, presentable, and enthusiastic about delivering top-tier service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
