We are actively seeking a highly skilled HVAC Refrigeration Service Technician to support our industrial and commercial clients across Eastern MA and Southern NH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and delivering best-in-class service in HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

• Troubleshoot and service systems such as walk-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units, chillers, air handlers, boilers, and split systems

• Work on low-temperature and medium-temperature systems, as well as refrigeration controls and energy management systems

• Complete accurate work orders, service reports, and documentation

• Maintain safety standards while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service

• Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and project managers to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience servicing commercial and/or industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• EPA Universal Certification (REQUIRED)

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, hydronics, and building controls

• Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain ()
