Job summary

Harmons Grocery is seeking a skilled HVAC/Facilities Technician to ensure reliability, maintenance, and enhancement of facility equipment across stores. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and food service equipment while supporting store operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and assisting with facility upgrades and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II certifications required.
• Four years of relevant HVAC service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and food service equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions using tools and readings; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders.
