TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an HVAC Release Engineer to lead development and validation of automotive HVAC compressors and A/C lines. You will coordinate across powertrain, BIW, aero/thermal, engine cooling and suppliers, and maintain DFMEA and DVP&R while driving CFD/FEA analysis and pilot builds.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3+ years in HVAC design, and strong Unigraphics NX/CATIA skills, plus solid communication and teamwork abilities.
The HVAC Release Engineer is responsible for the development and validation of the automotive HVAC compressor and A/C lines. The candidate will ensure the components meet performance objectives and will coordinate development with other functional areas such as powertrain, BIW, Aero/Thermal, Engine Cooling and suppliers. Duties will include writing source packages, specifications, requirements, change notices and overall supplier management to meet program timing and deliverables. The candidate will maintain a component and sub-system DVP&R, support and keep up to date with component bench testing, simulation, drive‑cell and static cell test results, perform data analysis and establish proper corrective actions as required. They will lead a virtual team to design and perform CFD and FEA analysis for components to meet performance and will also support pilot and pre‑production build processes at the assembly plant for the development and installation of AC line and compressors.
