The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and hourly pay ranging from $28 to $40, depending on experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• May require a Journeyman’s License in some states.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
