Job summary

Nextech is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician in Arlington, TX. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to commercial clients, including troubleshooting, repairing HVAC/R systems, and maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of HVAC/R experience. Bonuses include sign-on bonuses and seasonal bonuses, along with benefits such as health plans and paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• May require state-specific licenses and a Journeyman's license in some states.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems.

• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
