Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus two years experience in repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Accredited training in air conditioning and refrigeration may substitute for one year of experience.
• Ability to read plans and follow safety rules and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Assists with installation, start-up and maintenance of BAS network devices.
• Installs HVAC equipment and calibrates thermostats.
• Performs routine and emergency repairs on pumps, air handlers and cooling towers.
• Maintains records and reads blueprints; adheres to safety standards.
