The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or relevant training.
• Proven experience in HVAC/R installation and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification for HVAC/R technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration units and components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure safety regulations and codes are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technology.
