Job summary

Premier Indoor Comfort Systems seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment across residential and commercial environments. You will ensure systems run safely while delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients make informed decisions about indoor comfort.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, offering honest solutions, maintaining safety, and traveling locally up to 75% to job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Technician (diagnosing & repairing systems).
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess heating and cooling needs.
• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of HVAC equipment following standard procedures.
• Present beneficial, honest solutions to customers while prioritizing satisfaction.
• Maintain safety standards and keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
• Travel locally up to 75% between job sites.
