Job summary

Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to deliver high-quality service for commercial clients across the United States. You’ll diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance while documenting all work using iPads and maintaining tools and the company vehicle.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in HVAC/R, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role requires strong diagnostic skills and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
Comfort with mobile apps and technology.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
Perform maintenance and emergency service as needed, including after-hours on-call rotations.
Accurately document all service details using company-provided iPads.
Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
