Responsabilités

• Analyze and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system problems, verify operation of dampers, valves, actuators, coils, fans, pumps and thermostats.
• Service and maintain refrigeration equipment and gas-fired heating units.
• Read and interpret diagrams, specifications and operation manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and test and balance work.
