Job summary

CAREL USA, Inc. is seeking an Electro-mechanical Engineer HVAC/R to join our team in the Americas.

You will participate in R&D of humidification and electro-mechanical HVAC/R products, leading development projects, and ensuring designs meet performance targets. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least two years in HVAC/R, with experience in 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred) and ERP/Oracle systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years of HVAC/R experience in product design and project management.
• Strong ability to read technical documents and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and project management of HVAC/R projects.
• Test complete units and components under operating conditions to improve designs.
• Prepare layouts and detailed drawings/schematics; manage BOMs.
• Coordinate prototype building and testing; work with suppliers on new designs.
• Perform test and validation programs to meet specs; support ECO changes.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and provide field startup support.
