Job summary

TWC Services is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. You’ll handle your own service calls, working independently at customer sites and contributing to steady, year-round work.

EPA certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. We offer competitive weekly pay, a take-home company vehicle with gas card, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose, repair and complete service calls.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or other commercial environments.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues on commercial rooftop units (RTUs) and refrigeration systems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Run service calls to customer sites and provide clear communication on status.
• Identify parts, document work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who knows how to diagnose the problem, make the repair, and keep the customer running. If you're confident troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, running your own service calls, and looking for steady work, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Work On

• Commercial rooftop units (RTUs) & split systems
• Walk-in coolers & freezers
• Reach-ins and commercial refrigeration systems
• Ice machines
• Electrical and mechanical components
• Restaurant and commercial facility equipment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing both HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Ability to independently diagnose, repair and complete service calls
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or other commercial environments
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license

Even better if you bring:

refrigeration controls, ice-machine experience, light hot-side exposure, or experience mentoring developing technicians.
