Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is hiring experienced commercial refrigeration technicians in the Charlotte, NC area.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-ins, coolers, freezers, ice machines, and related restaurant/retail systems to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service and repair.
• EPA or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-ins and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions; work independently with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do:

What We're Looking For :

• 2 + years of commercial refrigeration service and repair
• EPA or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills
• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
