Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Youngsville, NC.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers, ice machines, and related restaurant systems, performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to keep client equipment running smoothly. We value strong problem-solving and communication, with EPA compliance in mind, and require at least 2 years of experience plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of commercial refrigeration service and repair experience.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and other restaurant and retail systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do:
