Job Overview

Patriot Facility Maintenance is seeking a Master HVAC Working Operations Manager to oversee field operations in the Greater Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. This role involves managing schedules, guiding a field team, and ensuring service quality, blending technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. Experience with tools like Zoho FSM is preferred. This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Scheduling: Manage technician schedules, track progress, and submit reports.
• Field Work & Technical Skills: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, perform brazing, soldering, refrigerant handling, and diagnostics.
• Quality Control & Team Support: Lead and mentor field teams, ensure safety and workmanship standards.
• Quoting & Materials Management: Prepare quotes, source and approve materials.
• General Responsibilities: Maintain safety, communicate effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Required: Oklahoma Mechanical Contractor License or ability to qualify, EPA Universal Certification, 3+ years HVAC/R experience, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, proficiency in Zoho FSM, troubleshooting and communication skills, own basic tools.
• Preferred: Commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience, additional certifications like OSHA 10/30, NATE, HVAC Excellence, familiarity with VRF and advanced controls.
