Patriot Facility Maintenance is seeking a Master HVAC Working Operations Manager to take charge of field operations in the Greater Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a seasoned technician ready to manage schedules, guide a field team, and ensure top-tier service quality. You'll blend deep technical expertise with oversight responsibilities while leveraging tools like Zoho FSM to manage operations effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Scheduling
• Manage daily and weekly technician schedules via Zoho FSM.
• Finalize next-day schedules and track progress through production reports.
• Complete and submit gas logs, maintenance records, and expense reports monthly.
• Field Work & Technical Expertise
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems including split systems, RTUs, chillers, and refrigeration units.
• Perform brazing, soldering, refrigerant handling, and advanced control diagnostics.
• Deliver a consistent workload of 5+ jobs or $3,000 in service value weekly.
• Ensure no more than 2 QC issues per quarter; perform regular preventive maintenance.
• Quality Control & Team Support
• Lead field teams in technical execution and mentorship.
• Provide support on advanced system diagnostics and repair tasks.
• Ensure high standards of safety and workmanship.
• Quoting & Materials Management
• Conduct site visits to prepare quotes and project proposals via Zoho FSM.
• Source, price, and approve HVAC/R materials and parts within approval limits.
• General Responsibilities
• Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, ensuring stellar customer service.
  

Qualifications

• Required
• Valid Oklahoma Mechanical Contractor License (or ability to qualify)
• If you have the qualifying experience to obtain an Oklahoma HVAC journeyman license, our company will cover the cost of required classes.
• EPA Universal Certification (Type I, II, III)
• 3+ years of HVAC/R field experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle (2018+ model; stipend provided)
• Proficient in Zoho FSM or similar work order platforms
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to provide own basic hand tools
• Preferred
• Commercial/industrial HVAC/R experience
• Certifications: OSHA 10/30, NATE, HVAC Excellence
• Familiarity with VRF systems, advanced controls, and Google Workspace
