Job summary

Beck Suppliers, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician III – HVAC/R to support its facilities across Ohio. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation support for HVAC/R and related systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Travel between Ohio sites is required. Candidates should have five years of HVAC/R experience, EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, and CMMS/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification required.
• Five years of commercial HVAC/R troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
• Three years of general facility maintenance experience including preventive maintenance, electrical, plumbing, store equipment, and building repairs.
• Experience with CMMS or similar software; proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots HVAC/R issues at store and office locations and coordinates with Maintenance Coordinator.
• Performs preventive maintenance on rooftop units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and related equipment.
• Diagnoses equipment issues and coordinates with vendors/subcontractors as needed.
• Maintains a safe, efficient work environment and supports after-hours on-call rotations.
