You will document progress, communicate status, and support successful project execution. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with teams and customers, and maintaining accurate documentation while traveling to sites and starting daily from home.

• Installs light commercial HVAC/R equipment, components, and controls per plans and codes.
• Performs startup, testing, and commissioning to verify operation.
• Reviews mechanical and electrical drawings and specs.
• Coordinates daily work activities and project status with teams and customers.
• Completes required Nextech documentation and safety records.
• Maintains project records and vehicle/tools.
• Operates company vehicle between home, branches, sites per safety policies.
• Identifies conditions impacting safety, quality, or schedule and helps resolve.
• Adheres to company policies and professional conduct.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
