Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required; valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years HVACR installer experience.
• Proficient reading of schematics and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to and from home, branch office, and work sites.
• Coordinate and communicate work tasks with team members.
• Maintain thorough records of work performed and status updates.
• Measure and fabricate ductwork to project specs; install and insulate ducts.
• Replace rooftop units (RTUs), split systems and boilers; read blueprints.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion and safety compliance.
• Follow service procedures and document field activity.
