We are seeking an Installation Manager to oversee a service project team across multiple mid-sized projects, ensuring code compliance, efficient planning, and strong operational results. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with the installation team, and driving performance metrics while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in the HVAC industry.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Technical Training Program Completion.
• Moderate travel required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and estimates management: lead quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce; obtain client approvals and advocate for maintenance contracts.
• Project planning: ensure installation team is briefed on the SOW; start projects and ensure code compliance; arrange permits and inspections.
• Work order management: assist technicians with problem solving and material delivery; ensure notes are accurate before invoicing.
• Operational efficiency: maintain high standards; monitor KPIs; ensure consistency across locations and follow dispatch best practices.

What Success in our Installation Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.

Oversees a service project team aligned with multiple or mid-sized projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Obtains approval from clients and helps advocate for maintenance contracts, replacement of equipment, and other service work inside our scope.


• Project Planning: Leads projects by making sure the installation team is briefed on the SOW. Starts projects, as necessary, with the installation team. Makes sure projects meet current code requirements and are ready for final inspection. Orders permits and meets inspectors for final inspections when necessary.


• Work Order Management: Assists Service Technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials and supplies to expedite job completion with timeliness and quality. Reviews open work orders with leadership and validates notes are updated and accurate and makes necessary adjustments prior to invoicing.


• Operational Efficiency: Ensures high quality operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information to continuously improve branch performance. Manages key performance indicators to ensure consistency between locations and adherence to the TWC Way. This includes daily service ticket review, maintaining hold board statuses, attending 3:00 meetings, and following dispatch best practices.
