Job summary
CoolSys is seeking an Apprentice (HVAC or Refrigeration) to support installation teams on diverse projects. You will install equipment, follow customer specs and safety rules, and learn proper piping practices from senior technicians.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in HVAC, refrigeration, or related trades. Willingness to operate lifts or forklifts is a plus. We offer competitive pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or trade program completion.
- 1+ years in construction, refrigeration, HVAC, or related industry/trade preferred.
- Ability to operate a scissor lift or forklift preferred.
- Knowledge of job site safety and ability to follow safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Install equipment per project requirements and under supervision.
- Perform tasks safely using tools and PPE as directed.
- Escalate safety or quality concerns to senior technicians or managers.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and store waste materials properly.
- Assist senior technicians on jobs and follow company policies.
