Keefe's is seeking an HVAC Quality Control Supervisor to oversee four crews daily on site in Harvey, LA. The role focuses on QA checks during installs, first-year warranty work, and training installation teams to the highest standards.

Ideal candidate has HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, and a strong driving record. You will report to the Installation Manager, coordinate with dispatch, and ensure safety and thorough workmanship across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC Install and HVAC Service fields.
• EPA certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Keefe's is seeking an HVAC Quality Control Supervisor to join our team! Ideal candidate will have HVAC Installation experience and some technical skills. The HVAC Quality Control Supervisor will be performing quality control checks for four crews per day, on site. Candidate will also perform all follow-up inspections on install crews and candidate will perform all first-year warranty work. Candidate will report daily to Installation Manager and assist in training install crews to highest standards. Candidate MUST have excellent driving record.

Job Summary

Oversees HVAC Installers. Continue to coach installers on best practices. Help improve install skills, coach on how to be thorough yet efficient during an install. Education & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in both HVAC Install and HVAC Service field.

• Strong technical skills in 2-staged, communication systems, and zone controls.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.

Work Environment & Conditions

• Hybrid environment including interior and exterior of buildings and customers' residential properties. May require exposure to weather conditions, dusts, and mists that may be present while working outdoors. Exposure to chemicals may occur. Use of personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety goggles, gloves, shield, and mask or respirator may required.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver license and insurable driving history.
• Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.

Work Schedule

Generally, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; some periodic schedule flexibility may be required at peak times or due to seasonality or other business needs.
