Job summary

Yearout Mechanical, a Legence Company, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Representative to support HVAC ductwork, piping, and plumbing on commercial projects. You will ensure installations meet contract documents, codes, and company standards while supporting safety and quality expectations.

You will lead inspections, coordinate testing and commissioning, review technical documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial/industrial mechanical construction.
• 3+ years in QA/QC or field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and contract documents for quality requirements.
• Conduct field inspections of HVAC ductwork, piping, plumbing systems, equipment installations, supports, and seismic/bracing.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and maintain logs and reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and support project delivery.
