We are actively seeking an HVAC Punch Mechanic in the Charlotte, NC area to join our award-winning team.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Flexibility required as job demands may change.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in HVAC new construction installation and troubleshooting
• Install ductwork and modify systems as needed
• Perform gas piping, leak testing, and repairs
• Work with refrigerant lines, roof venting, and exterior wall penetrations
• Install and start up heating and cooling systems, perform diagnostics
• Coordinate materials and interface with customers
• Follow safety protocols including PPE and fall protection
• Read blueprints and follow manufacturer instructions
• Ensure compliance with HVAC and electrical codes
• Complete documentation and reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of HVAC experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to adhere to company screenings
• Experience in new construction and EPA certification are pluses

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights
• Effective communication in English
• Use of arms and hands for signaling, holding, and operating tools
• Work in various weather conditions with appropriate PPE
